As you know our house at 47 Tryon Farm Lane has been for sale in what has turned out to be the worst market in 80 years. In light of this reality, we have reduced the asking price for our house yet again. It is now being offered at $439,000. Because of the understandable cost of new construction for a Long House and garage without upgrades, we believe our asking price is quite a value.
